The meetings are very informal, mostly about watching anime and eating Pocky or mochi. We also have drawing lessons and other related events from time to time. Our library has a very large manga collection, too.
We usually watch subs, unless the subtitling is so bad that you can’t read it, which happens once in a while.
Mostly episodic anime, but as a library we have a license to show some of the feature length anime films, and do that once in a while.
The emphasis is on a place for teens to hang out and watch anime.

We strive to not only present a variety of Japanese animation, but also to share its culture. We sponsor activities such as creating drawings and origami figures, displaying student artwork, holding raffles and playing games.
